03. First Interview Round

Team Malnad conducts the first round of interview. In this stage, we assess the basic skills and experience of the candidate. Profiles are further shortlisted and forwarded to the client, along with our observations.

02. Sourcing Candidates

The requirements are matched within the internal database and/or announced to the public depending on the client’s budget. The applications received are scrutinised and a handful of candidates are shortlisted for the first round of interview.

04. Final Interview & Job Offer
